Order Processing
Order processing involves verification, stock picking, quality control and packaging.

Please allow 3 - 8 business days for processing of your order ready for shipping.

Shipping time
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from dispatch point to the final destination. Standard international delivery usually takes 4 - 10 business days excluding peak periods and circumstances beyond our control such as strikes, natural disasters, weather disruptions etc.

Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays (if applicable).

Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide a tracking reference for every order.  Tracking will be available once your product is processed and shipped.  Note it may take up to 5 days for the carrier to activate tracking.


When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, input the tracking reference by clicking here to get the current status of the order delivery.

What should I do if the item I have received is not what I ordered, faulty or damaged?
Please refer to our Refund Policy.

What happens if I provided an incorrect delivery address?
Arona XO is not liable for any costs associated with re-sending an order due to incorrect delivery address details being provided at the time of ordering.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the time(s) stated above, please contact our customer support team at info@aronaxo.com and write “NON-DELIVERY ORDER NUMBER” (followed by your order number) in the subject line.


Can I cancel or amend the order?
Once an order has been submitted online, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided and the order is then considered final. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once finalized.
